By using ClosFlash, you agree to use the service lawfully and follow these terms. ClosFlash is an independently operated website, not an official Ollama, Google/Firebase, or Cloudflare product.

AI answers and image uploads

ClosFlash sends prompts and optional compressed images to Ollama Cloud through a hosted backend. Text-only requests use Nemotron 3 Ultra by default; requests that contain images use Gemma 4 31B because it supports visual input. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. For time-sensitive questions, the backend may retrieve public search/news results from Google News RSS and/or DuckDuckGo HTML search and provide their titles, snippets, dates, and links to the AI model. Coverage is best-effort and may be incomplete or unavailable; the AI may misinterpret sources or cite a result incorrectly. Verify important claims by opening the provided links. Output is not professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

Accounts and saved history

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and securing access to your signed-in browser. Signed-in conversations are stored in Firebase Firestore under your account and do not automatically expire. Access is intended to be restricted by the deployed Firebase security rules to the matching account owner. The current interface does not include a self-service delete-chat control; deletion requests must be directed to the site owner via closflash@keemail.me.

Guest chats and URLs

Guest conversations are stored only in the browser that created them and expire 24 hours after creation. The app removes expired entries when it next loads or saves guest history. Clearing browser data, private/incognito mode, or changing browser profiles can remove access earlier. Guest URLs identify local data; they do not make guest conversations available to other browsers or devices. Opening one without the matching browser-local record displays “This isn't your chat.” Signed-in conversation URLs are private to the account that owns the chat, not public share links.

Acceptable use

Third-party services, access, and costs

ClosFlash depends on the site's hosting, Cloudflare Workers, Firebase Authentication/Firestore, and Ollama Cloud. Their terms, privacy policies, availability, model access, and usage limits apply to their respective services and may change. The operator must protect the Ollama API key as a server-side secret, restrict and monitor backend usage, and configure suitable rate limits. A model appearing in a free-usage panel does not guarantee unlimited usage or permanent free availability.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. The operator does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the service is at your own discretion and important AI-generated claims should be verified. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

The service and these terms may change as features, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes should be reflected in this page and its update date. For inquiries or questions regarding these terms, please contact support.
